There are normally two reasons for this message; either you’re using an incorrect email address or you haven’t used the right password.
• You must enter the primary email address associated with your PEARonline account, not an alternate email address. Notifications from PEARonline are sent to your primary email address.
• Please note that the password is case-sensitive. If neither of these help, PEARonline can automatically send you a new temporary password (see below).
